The Intro to Your Soul is a space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

Over four weeks, we will explore four elements: Water, Earth, Air, and Fire, each offering a unique path back to yourself. Every session introduces a different modality, helping you discover what feels good for your body while helping you build trust with yourself again.

Each class includes guided journaling, mindful exploration, and a no-pressure approach because this journey is yours to take at your own pace.

Classes are small, with with a maximum of Four people, and everyone is welcome.

Classes are also offered at 1:1, so perhaps you are not ready to be around many people yet. We can explore together, both online and in person in the Soul Shala Gorey.

Week One: Water Reconnection and Presence

A gentle introduction to the series, this session focuses on reconnecting with your senses and settling into the present moment.

  • No movement, just an invitation to listen to your body as it is.

  • Sensory exploration, including mindful taste (yes, chocolate!).

  • Guided journaling to begin the practice of self-reflection.

  • A deeply relaxing sound bath, allowing you to tune in and be.

Week Two: Earth Grounding and Stability

This week, we invite gentle movement to cultivate stability and connect mind, body, and breath.

  • Invitation of beginner-friendly movement.

  • Followed by a grounding meditation to anchor into the present

  • Guided journaling to deepen communication with yourself.

Air invites us to breathe, release, and find space within.

  • Simple breathwork to connect with your body’s natural rhythms.

  • Invitation for intentional silence and stillness.

  • Light movement to explore the beautiful connection between breath and movement

  • Long rest in Savasana releasing tension and embracing stillness.

Week Three: Air Lightness and Release

Week Four: Fire Expression and Creativity

Not all communication happens through words.

  • A guided creative session where you can paint, draw, or express yourself freely.

  • Journaling and reflecting on what resonated most for you in the series.

  • A space to honor your journey and the tools that felt most supportive.
